The Promotion Eligibility:
a)This Promotion is open to all new and existing MYeCASH/MYMODE Members
b) The Participants are required to ensure that their Mobile Number is active throughout the entire Promotion Period. In addition, they are required to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and no appeals on this matter will be entertained..

The prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or kind.

Each Participant is only entitled to win one prize throughout the Promotion Period.

Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd shall make two (2) attempts within 2 business days in calling each of the winners. In the event Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd is unable to contact a particular eligible winner, that winner will automatically be disqualified and Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd reserves the right to keep the prizes to be used for another promotional activity.

Upon collection of the prizes, the winner is required to produce their identification card for verification purposes and sign Declaration and Release Forms.

If the winner fails to collect the prizes within two (02) months, Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd reserves the right to forfeit the prizes to be used for another promotional activity. If the winner is unable to personally collect their prizes, they can give a letter of authorisation to authorise another party to collect on his/her behalf.  Identification of the authorised person must be produced.

Once all the winners have been contacted, the winner's list will then be posted on MYeCASH website. The details of winners will be posted at www.myecash.com.my.

The winner that is disqualified pursuant to these terms hereby agree that they shall not make any claim and/or demand whatsoever to Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd for the prizes.

By participating in this Promotion, the Participants agree to be bound by the these Terms & Conditions. The decisions of the Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd is final and no appeals and/or objections will be entertained.

By participating in the Promotion the MYeCASH Member hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any interruption and/or any error arising from the Promotion.

14.

Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add the mechanics and any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

15.

Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

16.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participants shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the all the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and the Participant further (i) agrees to co-operate and comply with all reasonable requests of Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd in connection with the Promotion; (ii) agrees to disclose personal details to Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd the purpose of organising, promoting and conducting the Promotion; and (iii) consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from Mobile e- Transaction Sdn Bhd from time to time.

All Participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations and decisions of Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd
