Terms And Conditions

Contest Period

1. The contest starts at 12.00 am, 1st day & 11.59 pm, Last day during the 3 months promotion period
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd without notice.
3. Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the promotion period at any time without notice. All entries received outside the promotion period will be automatically disqualified.
4. Each subscriber is entitled to one entry for every RM30 accumulated top-up. 5 Winners will be selected based on weekly during promotion period.
5. Softpin of ONE COMM RM10 will be sent to registered mobile phone within 5 working days after contest period.
6. Mobile e-Transaction Sdn Bhd will notify winner either via SMS or by phone. Results once announced are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained
7. Judges decisions are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
